Cinch-Loc™ LSO Spinal Orthosis |

The Cinch-Loc™ LSO provides constant lumbar and abdominal support and protection for the healing back. Rigid anterior and posterior panels work together to stabilize the lumbar sacral region and relieve pressure from the spine, holding it in a healthy, correct posture. The hydrostatic lift reduces the load on the lumbar discs and often provides immediate pain relief.
The rigid posterior panel is designed with an optional indentation that can easily be removed depending on indications. The indented back provides superior pain relief for those with chronic pain, a herniated lumbar disc or degenerative disc disease. Removing the indented portion creates a flat back design ideal for post-surgical use, preventing pressure on sensitive incision areas.
Soft, breathable mesh material allows for maximum patient comfort and encourages compliance. Patented strapping method provides a secure fit with no migration. Easy application. Color: Black

1. The Cinch-Loc™ is packaged with the rigid posterior (back) and anterior (front) panels in place. The posterior panel should be positioned in the support with the larger portion on the bottom.
2. Rigid Posterior Panel -
The interior rigid posterior panel is fabric covered and comfortably stabilizes the lumbar region. Its unique design has an optional indentation that can be easily removed to create a flat back panel for post-surgical use.
The indented back provides superior pain relief for patients with conditions such as chronic pain, herniated lumbar disc and degenerative disc disease.
The flat back provides post-surgical lumbar stabilization without any pressure on sensitive incision areas. It is indicated for patients following spinal fusion, decompression, or compression fractures of the lumbar spine.
The Cinch-Loc™ is packaged with the indented insert in place. IMPORTANT - If the Cinch-Loc™ is used post-surgery, the grey indented insert must be removed to create the flat back.
To remove the grey indented insert, first remove the fabric cover and then pull out the top tab on the insert from the posterior panel. Replace the fabric cover and posterior panel in the elastic strap.
Note, if the insert is used, it should also be positioned with the wider portion on the bottom as shown.

3. Apply the Cinch-Loc™ in a standing position. |
4. Open the straps and center the posterior panel of the brace in the middle of the back so the bottom is resting on top of the buttocks.
5. Once in place, wrap around the end of the support with the rigid anterior panel centered in the front and secure the closure. The Cinch-Loc™ should feel snug, but not too tight.
6. To achieve the hydrostatic lift, pull the overlapping straps up and out at a 45-degree (45º) angle.
7. Secure the straps overtop the front.
NOTE: The rigid anterior (front) panel can be removed as healing progresses.
